We are often asked:

Opening times Whether the opening times also apply to the celebration. No, these are only for the restaurant.

Rooms The occupancy of the rooms is from 4 p.m. In individual cases possibly earlier by arrangement.

We have 6 smoking rooms that need to be split among family celebrations.

Please consider who is suitable for you, otherwise you may have 3 rooms less.

Rooms cost € 15.00 per person in a standard double room if you organize a family celebration with us and have a buffet

€ 20.00 per person in a junior suite double room

€ 20.00 in EZ

All other days according to the table under hotel.

The standard breakfast costs € 6.90 per person per day.

Whether you can celebrate with us from 3 p.m. Yes, you can also bring the cake with you or we will get it. Price with cake, coffee and tea € 12 per person. If you bring the cake cut with you, € 6 per person for cakes that are not cut € 7.00 per person.

Entertainers We can give you a lot of what you want, from flowers - DJ - stripper - dancer - fire show - live bands, from Udo Lindenberg to Nena Double.

You are welcome to set off fireworks with us. You have to register at the Wolmirstedt public order office, which costs € 25, but it is cheaper than the penalty if you are caught. (except New Year's Eve) We can also get system fireworks from professionals with or without music

Private driving service If you or your guests would rather sleep at home or if we don't have any vacancies, we can also offer a driving service. Costs are € 12.00 per outward journey up to 10 km, and € 1.30 per outward journey over 10 km

Buffet

After about 1.5 hours, when everyone has finished with the hot portion, we will ask you what else you would like to take with you and we will weld it in for you free of charge.

The cold part then remains until the end, and is then disposed of. We are not allowed to put out anything from the buffet for breakfast. The buffets are all suggestions and can of course be changed to a certain extent.

Children are charged at the buffet as follows: Children up to 6 years free of charge Children from 7 to 13 years 2 children = 1 adult from 14 full (except for buffets in the middle of the table for 10 people or more) we offer a children's menu.

Beverages packages

In the case of flat rates, children are charged as follows: Children up to 13 years of age based on actual consumption.

Or from 4 to 13 half the price of the selected package. From 14 you pay the full package.

Pets free of charge

Generally have to be registered as we only have 2 rooms for dogs.

If these 2 are occupied, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of € 5.00.

cancellation

The celebration must always be canceled in writing at least 3 months before the celebration.

(Only cancellations by email, fax or letter are accepted.)

If this does not happen, costs can be charged according to our terms and conditions.

(Of course not in the event of force majeure)

You will always receive a cancellation notice from us.

Cancellations by individuals to the buffet can be considered free of charge up to the Tuesday 10 p.m. before their celebration.

Beverage packages can be taken into account until the start of your celebration.

Room as soon as possible so that I still have the chance to rent it out.

But at least 2 days before their celebration. After that, the 15 € pp are due.

Unless I can still get the room rented out.

For the ordered buffet we take a deposit 7-10 days before the celebration.
